LIABILITY, PHOTO, CONTACT RELEASE:

Entrants and participants by execution of this entry form release and discharge the State of Florida, City of Panama City Beach. The Spring Fling Event Staff, Vital Signs Car Club , Frank Brown Park, their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, servants, volunteers, sponsors, and anyone else connected with judgments, and/ or claims from any causes whatsoever that may be suffered by an entrant or participant to his or her person or property.
Vital Signs reserves the right to evict any entrants whose behavior is deemed objectionable. Including but not limited to, damage caused by the entrant, by his/her vehicle, entrant's appearance, or that of his/her vehicle, or conduct considered unbecoming or not fitting to the shows image. In the event of any eviction or restriction, Vital Signs is not liable to refund any entry fees except at its own discretion. Vital Signs  also reserves the right to all photos or videos taken at the event. By signing this document, entrant agrees and understands that Vital Signs is NOT responsible for any injury, loss of articles, or theft.

PRE-REGISTRATION RELEASE:

Entrants and participants by execution of this entry release and discharge Frank Brown Park and Vital Signs Car Club are not responsible for injuries, lost, stolen or damaged property. There is NO RETURN OF TICKET or PRE-REGISTRATION SALES. 

There are no refunds for pre-registration and not showing up to the event. You forfeit all monies if you pre-register and do not attend the event.  By submitting and paying for your entry fee you agree to all above said terms and conditions.

ATTENTION ALL: If you do not finish the payment process of your entry it will not be valid till it is paid on full. We will not be accepting payments for pre entries that are not paid at the day of the show. If you are going to register online please finish the payment process so we can make sure we have everyone else you will be left out!

You must bring your paypal receipt with you as proof you have pre registered. Not providing this at the gate will not gain you entry into the show. YOU MUST HAVE THIS!!!
